About the Artist :
Jana D is an Indian artist who has lived and worked in Mumbai, was born on 4th February, 1969 at Midnapore in West Bengal.
Discovery of the Quism, meaning ‘final destination’, we are reformed from the beginning for enlightenment, just as from carbon to diamonds. A real ‘ism’ is reflected by the power which is beyond ideas. Everything is either true or false. The absolute sense refers to the fact of life.
Art of Quism has found some secret through inner journey. The secret already exists within everyone for the final realization. Subconscious dreaming will disclose the secret. The mind is a process and our spirit is moving on towards self-realization.
In the art form everyone is absolute by birth, male-female is without division of body & mind, and the elements - air, fire, water, earth and ether change themselves as bubbles of air. Means, breathe is life - deep breathing is for consciousness and chanting of ‘Om’ leads us to our inner soul and infinite life.
