Refund Policy (Summary)

1. Submission Fee
   A non-refundable submission fee of ₹999 is required. All payments must be made through the approved payment gateway. The ₹999 artist submission fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Ticket Refunds
   Event tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, no refunds will be issued.
3. Sponsor Refunds
   Sponsorship fees are refundable only if the event is cancelled by Dolna.
