Dolna Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   Use of the Dolna website and services is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Submissions
   Artists may submit their work through the official submission portal. All submissions must be original and owned by the artist.
3. Payments
   A non-refundable submission fee of ₹999 is required. All payments must be made through the approved payment gateway.
4. Intellectual Property
   Artists retain ownership of their work. By submitting, artists grant Dolna a license to display and promote the work.
5. Liability
   Dolna is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in events.
6. Termination
   Dolna reserves the right to terminate access to its services at its discretion for violations of these terms.
7. Viewer Code of Conduct
   • Respect all artworks and installations at Dolna events.
   • No unauthorized photography, videography, or recording is permitted.
   • Follow event staff instructions at all times.
   • Maintain decorum; disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
   • Tickets are non‑refundable once purchased.
