3. Payments
   A non-refundable submission fee of ₹999 is required. All payments must be made through the approved payment gateway.
4. Intellectual Property
   Artists retain ownership of their work. By submitting, artists grant Dolna Art OPC Private Limited a license to display and promote the work.
5. Liability
   Dolna Art OPC Private Limited is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or participation in events.
6. Termination
   Dolna Art OPC Private Limited reserves the right to terminate access to its services at its discretion for violations of these terms.
7. Viewer Code of Conduct
   • Respect all artworks and installations at Dolna Art OPC Private Limited events.
   • No unauthorized photography, videography, or recording is permitted.
   • Follow event staff instructions at all times.
   • Maintain decorum; disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
   • Tickets are non‑refundable once purchased.
