• You must provide complete, truthful, and current information whenever you submit forms, create an account, or interact with platform features.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account or session.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification or refuse access if we detect potential fraud, policy violations, or security risks.

When you submit artwork or related materials, you agree to the following:

• All submitted work must be your original creation, lawful, and free from any third‑party rights violations (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
• Submission does not guarantee curation, selection, sale, publication, or inclusion in any event. Decisions are made at our sole discretion.
• If resubmission is permitted, you may be asked to provide a valid tracking reference or PAN; this reference can be reused for updating your application where allowed.

• Participation or service fees may vary depending on the program, campaign, or settings active at the time of checkout. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm payment.
• Available payment methods are shown in real time on the payment page. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your payment provider.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed strictly in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your Work. Artists retain full ownership of their original works. By submitting content, you grant Dolna Art a limited, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to review, display, and promote the submitted material solely in connection with event operations, curation, and platform communications. This licence is necessary for us to operate the platform and is not a transfer of ownership.

Our Content. All other content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dolna Art or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

We expect all users to engage respectfully and lawfully. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or malicious purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform, bypass security controls, or access restricted areas without authorization.
• Impersonate any person or entity, engage in fraudulent payment behaviour, or manipulate submissions in any way.

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the platform if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in conduct that poses a security risk, or where required by law. Such actions may be taken without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
