Application Details
Please provide complete and accurate personal details, artwork metadata, and contact information. Incomplete or inaccurate applications may be delayed or disregarded.

Artwork Files & Images
Upload clear, high‑quality images of your artwork. Low‑resolution, misleading, or incomplete uploads may be flagged for correction. File specifications may vary by event, so follow the on‑screen instructions carefully.

PAN / Tracking Reference
After submission, a unique tracking ID or PAN reference will be assigned to your application. Please keep it safe. You may use it for status checks and for any correction or resubmission requests tied to the same record.

Resubmission & Corrections
If your application is returned for corrections, follow the requested changes precisely and resubmit within the communicated deadline. Delayed or incomplete resubmissions may affect your eligibility.

Judging & Selection
Selection is merit‑based and may involve anonymous or multi‑step review processes. Submission does not guarantee curation, exhibition, or sale. Decisions are final and made at the sole discretion of the review panel.

Fees, Payments & Refunds
The applicable participation fee is clearly displayed during checkout and may vary based on active settings. Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing payment.

Conduct, Promotion & Rights
By submitting, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content and grant Dolna Art a limited, non‑exclusive licence to use submitted materials strictly for review, event operations, and platform promotion. Artist credit will be included wherever feasible.
We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally. Any behaviour that undermines the integrity of the platform or the experience of others may result in disqualification or access restrictions.
