Open to all artists across India — self-taught, formally trained, traditional, contemporary. If you create original work and have the courage to create it live, you meet the requirement.

Provide accurate dimensions, medium, and weight. For two-dimensional work supply high-res images (JPG/PNG, max 1MB each) at 300dpi.

Include title, year, medium, dimensions, and a short artist statement with each entry.

Artists are responsible for safe packing and timely shipping. Provide tracking details and insurance where applicable.

Follow on-site instructions for installation. Any special hanging hardware must be declared in advance.

Selection is made by an independent jury reviewing anonymous submissions. All decisions are final. Selected artists will be notified by email within [X] days of the submission deadline.

Artists must comply with event rules and staff instructions. By submitting, you grant Dolna Art the right to photograph and promote your work during and after the event for editorial, marketing, and archival purposes. Your name and artistic credit will always be included.

Adhere to submission deadlines—late entries may not be considered. Check the event page for exact cutoffs.
